I utilize different therapeutic styles and techniques to match the needs of my clients. Primarily, my style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, which is structured, solution-focused, and effective for many of the challenges that may bring someone to therapy.
Based on a thorough intake session during which we'll talk about goals for treatment, we'll work together to create a comprehensive plan of action including clear targets and benchmarks to measure progress towards those goals. Sessions will build on each other and will be structured to work towards identified treatment goals.
