What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session together will be a diagnostic evaluation where we decide, together, what treatment makes sense for you. Each follow up session we will evaluate response to medications and decide on next steps appropriate for you.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize shared decision making when it comes to medication management and generally have a cognitive approach to nonpharmalogical interventions.
