What does a first session with you look like?
This process will assist many individuals and couples in uncovering different attachment styles while exploring self-identity in a supportive non-judgmental culturally competent therapeutic environment. My hope is for everyone within the partnership to gain a better understanding of the cycle and increase self-awareness.
