My style is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative to create a safe space for you to navigate through any difficulties you are experiencing in a way that feels meaningful. My sessions are client-centered; the focus is on what you hope to gain, such as practicing skills to help you heal and grow, building on your inner strengths, and having someone provide a listening, compassionate ear.

Overall, my approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I use varying modalities, such as Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to fit the need.
