What does a first session with you look like?
I believe that the way I present and what I bring to the table as a therapist contribute to how clients engage with me; I listen deeply and center each client?�?s needs by meeting them where they are; co-creating a plan of care for success in their life. Through a holistic approach, I use evidenced based interventions like cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy to develop a treatment that will address your goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My therapeutic approach is an integrative practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy complemented through mindfulness and spiritual practice techniques. I use my cultural and spiritual insight, as well as my lifetime experiences, to hold up the mirror to change
