What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Lashley Raleigh, LPC, CCTP Lashley Raleigh is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia who has been practicing since 2013. She has an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia Southern University. Lashley's clinical specialties include working with mental health, and addictive disorders. She has experience working with clients who struggled with legal issues, grief and loss, mood disorders, anger management, personality disorders, and couples counseling. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with substance abuse in both residential and outpatient settings. Lashley believes that when dealing with life, whether it be school or workplace stress, to relationship and family conflicts life is full of challenges. Trying to manage and cope with these stressors can severely impact every aspect of one's day to day life mentally, emotionally, and environmentally. Being a firm believer that if someone has healthy behaviors then a healthy mind will follow, Lashley offers a lending hand in reaching personal goals and becoming a healthier person. Knowing and understanding are the first steps in recovering from struggles in life.
