What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Lasma Maher is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois who has been practicing since 2018. She has an MA in Fine Art and Design from Latvian Art Academy and an MA in Art Therapy/Counseling from Adler University. Lasma helps patients unlock and develop their creative thinking which paves the way for learning and applying effective coping skills in their daily lives. Outside of work, Lasma enjoys folk dance, painting, drawing, yoga, and traveling.
