What does a first session with you look like?

After the first session, you will know that the encounter/meeting was no by chance or typical appointment. I have a background in working with diverse populations, cultures, and have worked in social services and medicine including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addictions, domestic violence, self-esteem, abuse and relationships etc. I will bring to you just what you need and meet you where you are in order to help you receive your best results!

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I enjoy using treatment CBT and Mindfulness therapy for the most part. I also use the GAD Scale, PQ9 scale etc to assist in the decision making process to determine if there is a mental health diagnosis and to help confirm a diagnosis.
