What is your style/approach to therapy?
I tend to use CBT, Mindfulness and SBFT methods to illicit change.
What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to be treated as an individual and not as their symptoms. I believe the client should be very much apart of their treatment plan and be offered options and alternatives. Clients will always feel heard and their wishes for their mental health will be taken in consideration.
