What does a first session with you look like?
I establish a judgement free therapeutic environment where a client can feel empowered to self-reflect on their past and present. It is in therapy, you can laugh, cry or rejoice as you gain a new perspective. Our goal is simple start living at LiveWell. I will support you as you identify your strengths and weakness. I will provided that emotional support as you gain the abilities to reach your goals.
