I strive to create a safe and trusting space where we can collaborate to identify patterns, clarify needs, and increase self-understanding.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am an EMDR-trained therapist primarily treating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders through this evidence-based modality. I also draw heavily from parts work and somatic interventions.
