What does a first session with you look like?
We will discuss current stressors in your life, where you want to eventually be, and collaborate to plan realistic steps on how to get you there. Feel free to attend your sessions however you feel most comfortable whether it is in your sweatpants or business attire and use whatever language you prefer, I won't be offended if you cuss or need to eat your lunch in session!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize an eclectic approach that includes motivational interviewing, solution-focused, person-centered, mindfulness, CBT, trauma-focused CBT, and narrative therapy.
