What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including ADHD, Anger, Anxiety, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality, Coping Skills, Depression, Grief / Loss, OCD / Obsessive-Compulsive, Stress, Trauma / PTSD and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

As a counselor who has sought counseling myself, I understand and have experienced the importance and benefits of gaining self-awareness and healing through the therapeutic process in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
