I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. With compassion and empathy, I partner with you to tap into your inner strength, overcome obstacles, and create the life you desire.

Lauren Morris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. The breadth of Lauren's experience has been providing client-centered, strength-based individual therapy to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, mood disorders, grief and loss, and trauma. Lauren completed her bachelor s degree in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Social Work (MSW) at West Chester University. Her relatability and compassion provides asafe and nonjudgmental space where vulnerabilities and experiences can be shared.Lauren approaches therapy as a collaborative process, focusing on the uniqueness of the individual and couple. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches. Lauren is passionate about partnering with individuals and couples to achieve positive and lasting changes in their lives. Her practice promotes the health and wellbeing of her clients to foster healthy relationships with themselves and others, to cultivate purpose and meaning, and to ultimately live their best life possible.
