What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Lauren enjoys working with clients varying in background/age. Working with them to make healthy changes to their lifestyle as well as work with them on difficult emotions and life events. Lauren has worked in community mental health setting since 2015 with clients diagnosed with severe and chronic mental illness. She uses different therapeutic techniques to meet client needs and work to meet them where they are in order to achieve the goal they are wanting to achieve.
