What does a first session with you look like?
After our initial appointment any prescriptions and lab work (if necessary) will be processed on the same day. I typically like to follow up within 4 to 6 weeks. Then clients are seen on average every 60-90 days unless additional appointments are required.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I recognize that each of our patients is complex & comes to us with different experiences & environmental influences. Mental health needs are often caused by multiple intermingled factors. Nutritional deficiencies, gut flora imbalances, hormonal issues, exposure to toxins, stress levels, & personal history can all contribute to one’s state of wellness.
