What is your style/approach to therapy?
When you seek therapy, emotional pain can sometimes be the motivator. I see this as a part of you that has a history, a reason, and a belief that is hijacking your being. I teach you how to have a compassionate relationship with the hurting parts of you, so that it can choose other ways to get its needs met. When parts of us are acknowledged, they calm down and create more space inside to heal. I also engage with your core self strengths in order to remind you that you do have positive qualities and gifts which we can sometimes forget. Internal harmony is the goal and a journey worth taking!
