What does a first session with you look like?
Our sessions will focus on the challenges you are looking for help with. I take a collaborative approach in helping guide and solve them. My philosophy is that all of my clients have it in them to change but sometimes need a guide to work through them. We go at your pace, however I can and will hold clients accountable to their needs.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
