What does a first session with you look like?
Somebody who is calmly attentive and compassionate to your mental health needs. Someone you can trust, a person whom you can feel free and comfortable to interact with, and comfortable to share your deepest fears and worries. A person, you look forward to meeting again and even refer your friends or families who may be experiencing mental health crises.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I provide my clients with scientifically evidence-based treatment using safe and effective tools, that are patient-centered, timely, efficient, that are consistent with professional best practices. The goal is to provide patients with options such as psychotherapy and medication management with the aim of providing desired health outcomes for my patients.
