What does a first session with you look like?
My goal is to help you get through some of the hard moments in life. While working with me, you can expect to develop healthy coping skills, process trauma and grief and gain confidence in yourself all in a healthy, supportive therapeutic environment.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
In order to best serve you and your needs, I use multiple approaches which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic therapies, mindfulness techniques and more.
