I am integrative with my approach and often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) among others.
I believe everyone can succeed in their goals when making realistic changes that are right for them. I let you determine what works for you and help guide you through the process of change. I don't believe in limiting ourselves and believe a lot can be accomplished with the right tools and mindset. I am very open-minded, accepting, and come with a nonjudgmental attitude. I am happy to be your advocate and supporter as you embark on your journey of wellness.
