What does a first session with you look like?

My clients can expect in a session with me to feel understood, supported, and helped. I am best able to help when I deeply understand you as a person, know how you think, and how you move through the world.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

When I can gain the essence of a person, my client I use CBT strategies specific to them. I am one part cheerleader, coach, teacher, and parent and as many of my clients say, I feel like a best friend all while maintaining professionalism, respect and boundaries.
