What does a first session with you look like?
I have a very conversational and empathetic approach in the therapeutic setting. It is my goal to meet all clients where they are and to assist them in getting where they wish to be. I believe we are all capable of change and everyone deserves a positive outlet to share their thoughts and feelings without judgment or fear.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have training in Theraplay, Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
