Lee Zeledon LMFT
General Office Hours
In Eastern Time
I work at your pace while at the same time encouraging you to push your boundaries. We'll get to know each other and throughout your treatment, I will encourage you to set goals that work for you and feel comfortable while working at your own pace.
I use directive and non-directive approaches in therapy. A client-centered approach and humanistic-centered interventions are at the core of my specialty. The interventions are culturally tailored to each person. Some of the modalities include existentialism, mindfulness, bio-spiritual focusing, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and positive psychology.
