Our session allow you the space to explore and make mental shifts that allow you to create healthy thoughts and behavioral patterns to better serve you in your daily life. It is my goal for you to gain greater insight into your emotions, thought, and behaviors, and learn new strategies to master self and to better navigate internal and external conflicts and stressors. I will work with you to resolve issues related to the internal self, relationships, attachment, past traumas, or abuse, that have created maladaptive cognitive, emotional, and behavioral patterns and provide tools for you to become the best version of yourself.
Treatment methods I use are Attachment-Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
