What is your style/approach to therapy?

With flexibility and what you are ready for, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to help improve understanding of how having different perception can improve mood and behaviors. When you are ready, I can also explain to you how meditation and mindfulness skills can be beneficial. I also use Solution-Focused therapy to find out what has helped in the past and how to bring what worked in the past to present. Additionally, my style is leaning toward strength-based therapy.

Together, let's develop attainable treatment goal(s) you feel comfortable. From here, we can learn about those deep emotions and find solutions and coping tools you'd like to use in order to manage them.
