What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I do not waste my clients time and financial investment. When we decide we are a good clinical fit, we will immediately dive into the issues at hand, map out a game plan that is tangible and measurable, and steadfastly work to give you full range of self-agency and choice back into your life. Sustainable and healthy change is the goal and the work.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
Being a first generation immigrant American, I know how impactful sudden or unforeseeable change can be to the system (family, environment, faith, work, academia, relationships..etc). However, I can testify that finding a a network of supporters can strengthen resilience, adaptability and relationships with self and others.

Initially I wanted to apply mental health internationally. Alas stars were aligned for me do my LCSW residency domestically.
Work History
After I graduated with my MSW in 2013 I entered into the world of International NGO. For 4 years I wore many administrative and non administrative hats required in the small Non-Profit world only to re-discover a pull towards mental health. Around 2017 I decided to complete my LMSW and started my 5 year LCSW residency. My first stop was community mental health in rural TN. Then I found myself working as a therapist for my Alma mater, which led to also working for a private practice. Each step of my professional journey has reinforced my belief that bite-size actionable choices lead to healing and reconciliation.
