What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize integrative therapy interventions. I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as EMDR and DBT. I have considerable experience with individuals needing help with substance abuse issues.

What does a first session with you look like?

The initial session is an opportunity for me to get to know about "what brings you to therapy". I ask background questions regarding your past history as well as present-day concerns. I offer my observations as well as provide in-depth clinical support and information.
