We will have intake form completed on first session , analyze completed mental health questionnaires such as the PHQ9, GAD and other questionnaires sent to you prior to first appointment (best to complete the questionnaire before appointment date/time).From the evidence presented via MH history, presenting symptoms and questionnaires, we will arrive at a diagnosis (note that some diagnosis may not be finalized on first visit and may require additional visits before final diagnosis can be determined). We will discuss medication management, start medication when appropriate. If intense therapy is needed based on your preference, I may assist in finding a therapist for you within the platform. You can expect continuity in care with care tailored according to your needs.

Treatment will be mostly based on Evaluation of symptoms , collecting history such as personal and family history , analyzing completed questionnaires , determining diagnoses and utilizing pharmacotherapy (medication management). I will also incorporate supportive therapy such as deep breathing exercises , mindfulness, relaxation, exploring couple skills , grounding technique , brief CBT and problem solving skills in achieving the best positive outcome for you.
