The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. Clients are guided and supported as they work through their unique mental health challenges – and, along the way, shown the life-changing power of therapy.
I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. As a 2nd generation daughter of refugees, I empathize with the ever-evolving process of identity exploration and intersectionality.
Lindsay Mosaky is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with over 5 years of experience in the nonprofit and social services industries. Life is a constant ebb and flow of emotions, thoughts, and feelings that we are constantly dealing with. Lindsay is here to support you in the process of recalibrating your steps and in finding the confidence to continue on in your journey forward.
