What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect to feel heard and understood from sessions with me. I will not judge you or show any biased or negativity toward you. I am happy to be given the opportunity to be the person in your life that will meet you were you are and collaborate with you to get you to optimal mental and emotional health.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I often utilize person-centered therapy techniques, this meaning the session is about you and where you are at, where you want to go and you feeling comfortable and part of your treatment along the way. We will discuss your thoughts, feelings, and life circumstances and work together to normalize your emotions and move forward.
