What does a first session with you look like?

This is your life and your therapy. I might be the guide on this journey; however, you are the one that will determine the route we take. You can expect more than just a conversation. Sometimes, I might challenge you or ask you to bring something to the session or read up on something or complete a task afterwards. Everything that occurs in my sessions is strictly to help benefit your personal growth and progress.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am a creative art therapist that is also certified in addiction therapy and trauma informed care. I focus on person-centered therapy where you are the most important component. I am extremely flexible and willing to adapt my approaches to best suit your goals and needs. Just as you are on a journey, I too am on a journey to always keep up with wealth of knowledge out there so that I can further my education and experience in order to continue providing quality care.
