I have over a decade of counseling experience using Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy. Also, I currently hold an active Behavioral Intervention Certification. I enjoy exploring my clients' relational, cultural, and core values to provide a therapy session based on the meaning life holds for them. Creating meaning through life's challenges is a valuable tool to build perspective and resiliency. The tools I utilize are to screen for depression and anxiety. I also employ core value screeners to help identify aspects of life that motivate and energize my clients.
