I specialize in several highly effective approaches including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for depression and anxiety. We now understand that symptoms of trauma may cause anxiety and depression not only from living through big traumatic events, but through the ungrieved losses of everyday life. Symptoms may lessen or disappear using these approaches.

In 17 years as a therapist I've had success treating all age groups (5-103) of multiple ethnic, gender and spiritual orientations, helping me understand you and what you may be facing with others in your life whether living alone, or with family and children, whether your challenges are at home or in the workplace.
