What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. This type of therapy, when practiced effectively, leans toward giving clients tools they can use long after therapy is over.

What does a first session with you look like?

My clients can expect sessions where they feel as though they can express themselves freely. The client will learn tools to lower anxiety and worry. They will learn about their personality type and how it drives behavior and how to change the behaviors that are not serving them well.
