What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to spend their session with someone who is listening to them without any judgments. They are walking away with a positive experience for therapy and a desire to come back in order to continue working on themselves.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I mostly use of Cognitive and Behavioral and Solution Focused therapy during my sessions. The tools I use include: homework assignments, summarizing, goal setting, journaling, mood charts and more.
