What does a first session with you look like?

I will complete an intake session with all clients and this can give us both the chance to explore whether or not this is a good fit. We will explore past history, formative relationships, as well as current life challenges.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize a person-centered approach, with Mindfulness and Cognitive interventions that can help to challenge negative beliefs and restore relationships.
