What is your style/approach to therapy?

I take a warm, empathetic, and holistic approach to therapy, integrating trauma therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapies. I believe that healing begins with understanding the deep connections between your emotions, body, and relationships. In our work together, you'll be in the driver's seat—we move at your pace, ensuring that you always feel comfortable and supported as you explore your inner world.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling more understood, grounded, and empowered. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and develop tools to navigate life's challenges with greater ease. I create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions, leading to deeper self-awareness and stronger connections with yourself and others.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with individuals who are navigating complex emotional landscapes. My journey into trauma therapy began as I realized how many people carry deep wounds that impact their daily lives. Early on, I was drawn to understanding how our past experiences shape our present emotions, relationships, and sense of self. This curiosity led me to dive deeply into trauma work, where I discovered the profound impact that unresolved trauma can have on every aspect of life. I specialize in helping clients make sense of their emotions and how they connect to their bodies. I noticed that when people feel overwhelmed by their feelings, it's often because they haven't had the chance to explore where those emotions come from. That's why I focus on creating a space where you can safely explore these connections, whether it's through understanding your attachment patterns, identifying how your internal world is organized, or tuning into your body's signals. My approach has evolved to include various methods that resonate with the unique needs of each person I work with. IFS (Internal Family Systems) became a key part of my practice as I saw how powerful it was for clients to connect with different parts of themselves in a nonjudgmental way. This method, combined with somatic therapies, allows us to work together in a way that honors your entire being—mind, body, and spirit. Through my work, I've developed a deep understanding of how to support people in finding clarity amidst chaos, building resilience where there was once fragility, and fostering deeper connections both within themselves and with others. My goal has always been to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and understood, not just during our sessions, but in your everyday life as well.

Work History

Since 2019, I’ve been dedicated to helping people navigate the complexities of trauma, starting with my work supporting kids and families through Intensive In-Home Therapeutic interventions. This early experience deepened my understanding of how past experiences shape our present emotions and relationships. In 2021, I opened my own practice, where I’ve focused on trauma therapy, integrating attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapies. My approach is shaped by a passion for helping clients feel understood, grounded, and empowered, whether we’re exploring the roots of emotional overwhelm, healing different parts of the self, or tuning into the body’s signals to release stored trauma.
