What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize evidence based treatments within cognitive behavioral therapy, including acceptance based behavioral therapies, assertiveness training, and exposure based activities.

What does a first session with you look like?

In our sessions together, you'll experience a healthy balance of acceptance and empathy that meets you right where you are at paired with therapeutic challenges towards growth. I like to collaborate with my clients so that their treatment is individualized to their unique goals, culture, strengths, and areas of growth. Creativity, spontaneity, and humor are often a part of therapy sessions with me.
