What does a first session with you look like?
I use a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental approach to counseling. I can help you recognize self-defeating thoughts and make positive changes using cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy. I believe that you are the expert on your story and have many strengths that will assist in overcoming things that challenge you. I also add a bit of humor to make our sessions enjoyable.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
All of my sessions are virtual and I love being able to connect with clients from wherever they are comfortable. I work alongside you to help you take steps to explore yourself, become the best version of yourself, work through hard times, and meet your goals. We will build on your strengths so that you leave our sessions feeling equipped and empowered! Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling life or relationship takes courage! I will support that process and look forward to our journey together.
