Hello, my name is Lizbeth Hernandez. I have extensive experience working in mental health. I am passionate about the work that I do. The first phase of therapy is building a therapeutic alliance. I believe that without trust and transparency, my clients will not make the progress they need. I have over 20 years of experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and other areas that impair daily functioning.
