I empower clients by creating positive transformational shifts in the areas of career, personal development, relationship support, and emotional healing for long lasting changes. Through my own experiences and trainings, I know I can help you have a better life too.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach drawing on multiple theoretical approaches and evidence-based interventions to help you get what you want out of therapy. Most of this includes Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.
