What does a first session with you look like?
I am goal-oriented and solution-focused so I focus on exploring your trauma, depression and anxiety or relationship issues to get a better understanding of your challenges. I then encourage you to use the coping tools, to increase your productivity, happiness and health. Our sessions focus on working through the feelings that are trapped so that you can have the freedom to live the life you are destined for!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize EMDR, IFS ( Internal Family Systems), CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused and Short Term therapeutic modalities. I utilize my knowledge of breathwork and yoga to calm the system, decrease symptoms and increase resilience.
