What does a first session with you look like?
As a cognitive behavioral therapist, you will leave each session feeling heard, striving for self-discovery, and a better understanding of your situation. We will work together on therapeutic goals, reprogramming harmful thought patterns to new helpful self-talk.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, telehealth, and EMDR. I use evidence-based practices with years of experience with university students, veterans, senior citizens, individuals who were adopted, and clients who identify as lesbian or bisexual.
