I would describe my treatment method as eclectic and person-centered. That means I'm going to use what works best for you. I am trained in several evidenced-based methods (this means they have been found to work). I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma-based therapy. I use Cognitve-Behavior Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.

During our sessions I will listen to what is happening in your world. I will provide a safe place for you to express yourself and allow yourself to dream and set goals towards reaching those goals. If you've experienced trauma, we will work together to resolve the areas that are interfering with you living the life you want. We will work together as you learn new skills to lessen your anxiety and improve your mood
