What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use an eclectic approach that is client-centered to build a relationship based on acceptance and trust. Cognitive behavioral therapy is used to change responses to negative thinking. You may have homework to do that includes journaling, reading, or practicing new behaviors. I also use a natural approach, recommending foods and supplements. Making minor changes in diet may improve symptoms.
