What does a first session with you look like?
As a military veteran, I am familiar with military culture which includes being culturally competent to a wide variety of beliefs and struggles. It is my passion to help others become their authentic selves with tools to navigate life always striving for balance.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Mostly I try to utilize a strength-based, solution-focused approach to focus on an individual or couple with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy and accelerated resolution - trauma therapy.
