What does a first session with you look like?
My clients can expect to leave our sessions with new perspectives on issues and a sense of being heard and understood. I believe that my clients innately know what they need. My purpose is to introduce them to tools designed to help them access their inner wisdom and to trust that wisdom to continue to guide them on their life's journey.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist my clients with working through various mental health issues.
