You can expect to be asked to practice what we talk about, complete assignments and document any patterns that are not helpful to your solution. I do recommend reading materials if necessary.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Communication tools are an essential part of my work. I'm also looking to attend to what you present as the problem but also going on an archaeological dig and making sure we have the root cause. Sometimes what clients present is not the true problem.
