What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

I look forward to working with you and teaching you tools to manage your mental health and live your best life. It is my gifting to help you walk through the impacts and traumas of your life and help you begin to heal and reconnect with your authentic self. I use a client centered approach to assist in establishing healthy behaviors, increase social and emotional intellect, promote healthy sustainable boundaries, and increase coping skills and mechanisms. I believe that everyone deserves a place to heal, to be seen, and to be heard. I believe that all humans have impacts to their nervous systems and whether it is labeled as a big trauma, little trauma, or impact, our systems are rewired and the lens in which we view the world then changes. I believe there is healing when you understand the impacts. I am inspired by how connection and community promote wholeness, returning individuals and or families to their authentic selves and help bridge the gap from uncertainty to hope. Lets connect today and start the healing process.

Work History

I have worked in many facets of the community from state level entities to community mental health agencies. I have a vast knowledge of different levels of care in dual diagnostic settings. I use evidence based treatments like DBT, DBT, CPT, and mindfulness to help individuals move from hopelessness to hope. I encourage people to work toward a life worth living by helping them walk through their stories and find meaning and correct the negative narrative.
